A Mexican filmmaker shaped by two worlds.
Mexican writer-director Diego Mendez founded Fiscal Youth to make the kind of work he grew up searching for: entertaining, emotional stories with a point of view.
Rooted in Monterrey and raised in the United States, Diego brings a distinctly Mexican perspective to stories about identity, family, ambition, and the tension between where we come from and who we choose to become.
